If the body has formalin is more than the prescribed dosage will cause harm to the body, such as severe headaches nausea, vomiting, chest large quantities can be fatal Food that is contaminated with formalin. Checking adulteration of formalin in fresh seafood, so there is a tremendous need for consumer. To get the food is safe. The study was conducted to investigate the contamination of formalin in food. The seafood in around KMUTT for simple test had formalin about 9%. | |||||
