Generally, Battery is electrical stored equipment for emergency light but disadvantage of battery is life time about 2 years. The supper capacitor is newly stored equipment with advantage such as long life time and short time for a changer. An objective of research was study characteristic of load LED 12V, 6W using supper capacitor was stored with pulse width modulation (PWM) technique and compared without PWM. The period time of PWM technique could keep voltage current and power long life than without PWM technique about 3hours.
