This paper present the ozone generator by corona discharge with high voltage high frequency technique. The corona discharge for generation ozone gas received input from flyback transformer. The flyback transformer could generate high voltage by switching control with pulse-width modulation(PWM). Pulse-width modulation was 1-20 kHz and high voltage was 1-20 kV for generated ozone from ozone tube.
