内容記述 | An ozone gas (O3) could disinfection in water and ozone could generate by principle of corona discharge. This paper present the ozone generator by corona discharge with high voltage high frequency technique. The corona discharge for generation ozone gas received input from flyback transformer. The flyback transformer could generate high voltage by switching control with pulse-width modulation(PWM). Pulse-width modulation was 1-20 kHz and high voltage was 1-20 kV for generated ozone from ozone tube. The ozone generator by corona discharge with high voltage high frequency technique could generate ozone gas was 7.53 ppm when high voltage was 20 kV and frequency 3 kHz. | |||||
