{"created":"2023-05-15T09:56:52.595077+00:00","id":598,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7058123c-5ae9-4efc-b29e-33830a1a102c"},"_deposit":{"created_by":5,"id":"598","owner":"5","owners":[5],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"598"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:miyazaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000598","sets":["74","74:26"]},"author_link":["18272","2457","3641","3646","3650","3639","3647","3648","2456","3640","3623","1480","3649","2069"],"item_10001_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2003-12","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"113","bibliographicPageStart":"105","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"39","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"日本家畜管理学会誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Japanese Journal of Livestock Management","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"中国チベット高原東部に放牧されているヤクの血液中セレニウム（Se）濃度及び放牧地野草中Se含量との関連を明らかにする目的で,7つの地域において放牧ヤク血液中（78頭）および放牧地野草中Se含量（n=35）を測定し,地域分布を検討した。Seの放牧ヤク全血中濃度および放牧地野草中含量は低い順に3地域に分けられた。Seの放牧ヤク全血中濃度および放牧地野草中含量が最も低かった地域は青海省南部高原地域の雑多県（それぞれ7.7±3.6μg/kg,10.7±1.8μg/kg）,玉樹県（9.2±2.9μg/kg,16.4±3.1μg/kg）および瑪沁県（それぞれ8.1±6.7μg/kg,9.8±1.6μg/kg）で,次に低かったのは青海湖南東部地域の澤庫県（それぞれ21.2士6.0μg/kg,15.5±3.1μg/kg）および南西部地域の共和県（それぞれ17.3±3.6μg/kg,14.9±1.7μg/kg）,第3に低かったのは青海湖北側地域の湟源県（それぞれ32.4±8.8μg/kg,17.2±1.5μg/kg）および門源県（それぞれ32.0±8.4μg/kg,16.5±1.2μg/kg）であった。各地域の放牧ヤク全血中Se濃度と放牧地野草中Se含量との間には高い正の相関（r^2=0.94,p<0.01）がみられた。また,放牧ヤク全平均全血中Se濃度（22.1±11.7μg/kg）は,西寧市での舎飼ヤクのそれ（75.9±12.4μg/kg）よりも顕著に低かった（p<0.001）。さらに,これら地域の中では放牧ヤク全血中Se濃度と放牧地野草中Se含量が高かった門源および湟源両地域55頭の血清中Se濃度は,ウシで報告されている欠乏値30FLg/kgよりも低い21.8±4.7fLg/kgを示した.また,当該地域の平均放牧地野草中Se含量（14.4±3.5μg/kg）は牧草の適正含量とされている値（>100μg/kg）よりかなり低く,欠乏（<50μg/kg）の範囲内にあることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Selenium concentrations in blood of grazing yaks （n = 78 heads） and native plants of rangelands （n = 35） in seven prefectures of Eastern Tibet-High Plateau, China, were determined. Selenium concentrations （average ± S.D.） of yak bloods and plants in those regions were divided into three by the level as follows. Among them, the lowest was southern high-plateau of Qinghai Province, e.g. Zadou County （7.7±3.6μg/kg, 10.7±1.8μg/kg respectively） and Maxing County （8.1±6.7μg/kg, 9.8±1.6μg/kg respectively）, the second, the west-south area of the Qinghai lake, e.g. Zekou County （21.2±6.0μg/kg, 15.5±3.1μg/kg respectively）, Yushu County （9.2±2.9μg/kg, 16.4±3.1μg/kg respectively） and eastern and southern area of the lake, e.g. Gonghe County （l7.3±3.6μg/kg, 14.9±1.7μg/kg respectively）, the third, the northern area of the lake, e.g. Huangyuan County （32. 4±8.8μg/kg, 17.2±1.5μg/kg respectively） and Mengyuan County （32.0±8.4μg/kg, 16.5±1.2μg/kg respectively）. There was a significant correlation （r^2=0.94, p<0.01） between the selenium concentrations of grazing yak blood and plants. Average concentration of blood selenium （22.1±11.7μg/kg） in grazing yaks （n =78） in those regions was significantly lower than those of housed yaks （75.9±12.4μg/kg） （n = 12） in Xining city （p<0.001）. Serum selenium levels of 55 yaks in Mengyuan County and Huangyuan County were categorized the into deficient level （<30μg/kg） reported for cattle. Selenium levels of rangeland plants in these regions （<50μg/kg） were categorized into the low state
