| 内容記述 | This research has objectives to develop the rice germination steamer and to find the efficiency of the Steamer of germinated hag paddy rice steamer rice germination machine. The width is 80 cm, length 90 cm, and height 75 cm. Use red bricks to assemble as a steaming stove. A blower fan will be installed to blow air so the rice husk can burn. The steamer can steam eight amount of steamer, each steamer 10 Kg. The first steaming uses 22 Kg of fuel. The price per unit is 10 baht. The second and third steam uses 35 Kg of fuel. The price per unit is 8.50 baht. The first steamed germination takes 50 minutes for steaming. The second steaming takes 37 minutes to steam, and the 3rd steaming takes 36 minutes to steam. The temperature used for steaming germinated paddy. The temperature inside the stove is 429-453 ๐C, and the temperature inside the pot is 98-105 ๐C. Therefore, the developed germination paddy steamed rice cooker is more efficient than before, whether in the amount of steam. The fuel cost was used to steam the rice, as well as the quality of the steamed, steamed, cooked rice that has the same golden yellow color. | |||||
