内容記述 | From this study of the use of heat pipes to reduce lubricant temperature of small agricultural engine. The cooling pipe was used to reduce the lubricant temperature. In this study used the gasoline engine for lubricant temperature deducing by using a cooling pipe with a pump system. The lubricant properties of the engine tested for finding temperature reduction by the cooling system. In the case of the pump running, it is able to reduce the temperature of the lubricant from 160 minutes significantly. The temperature is different. Normal pump temperature is 90-103 C. The pump with the cooling pipe attached to the copper pipe is reduced to 70-83 C. It indicated that the cooling pipe helps to minimize the lubricant temperature. As a result, the engine works in perfect conditions and saves fuel consumption. Which regular engines that do not install an oil cooler. Oil consumption from 3 hours of pumping at a speed of 2,500rpm, total oil consumption of 2.50 liters. And engines equipped with oil cooler with 3-hour pumping cooling water at a speed of 2,500 rpm, total fuel consumption 2.31 liters. The engine installed with oil cooler with heat pipe can heat the lubricant as well. And have better fuel economy with a water flow rate of 0.128 m / s. | |||||
