内容記述 | This research propose boot converter driven improvement by step-up DC-voltage and frequency is suitable for the electroluminescence (EL) device with Zinc sulfide: Cupper powder that respond well in the blue frequency range. The Electroluminescence (EL) device used conductive plastic ITO (Indium Tin-Oxide), Zinc sulfide: Cupper (phosphor), Barium titanate (insulator) and Silver (electrode) that we can be measured from the performance of the electroluminescence (EL) device can indicate from light intensity. Design and simulation for circuit development by NI Multisim version 13.0. The experimental result: the input voltage 12 Vdc and output 200 Vac square wave. Light intensity of Electroluminescence device was 507 nanometers. | |||||
