| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study were to find out the methods for reducing the loss of Non-value added time in the production process of continuous paper publication, to reduce the loss of Non-value added time. And the tools of operation are Check Sheet for recording the working time information, Man and Machine Chart for illustrating the activities of Man and Machine and ECRS principles for reducing and integrating process work. The findings revealed that idle time was decreased 2.63%, Time drop shipping was decreased 2.99%, Waiting time for a machine working was increased 54.63%, therefor non-value added time type II was decreased 5.71% and productivity was increased 8.046 %. | |||||
