It was added electrode layer for generating electron flow through in the light emitting electrolyte. From this problem, we can be used ZnO nanoparticles:TiO2 nanopayicles (ZnO:TiO2 nanoparticles) in the electrode layer for ECL cell device. The ECL cell device with ZnO:TiO2 electrode layer was composed to two fluorine tin oxide (FTO) glasses, ZNPs electrode layer and Ru(II) complex. The morphology and physical properties of ZnO:TiO2 electrode layer was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electrons microscope (SEM) image. The duration properties of ECL cells with ZnO:TiO2 nanoparticles films electrode (each 1-5wt% of ZnO) are an important factor for life time performance. The ECL cell with ZnO:TiO2 nanoparticles films at 4w% (0.054A) were more than the all wt%. The power efficiency (ECL efficiency) of ECL cell with ZnO:TiO2 films electrode in the condition of 1wt %, 5wt %, 3wt %, 4wt% and 5wt% of ZnO had maximum efficiency of ECL cell with ZnO:TiO2 nanoparticles films electrode in the condition of 5wt % (0.067lm/W) at 3.22V. The luminance decay curve of ECL cells was 40min for 1wt %, 110min for 2wt %, 120min for 3wt %, 160min for 4wt %, and 140min for 5wt%.
