However, fruit rot disease such as Stem - end Rot and Anthrax Pathogen is serious. Therefore, it is necessary to perform sterilization. So we made sterilization devices using dielectric barrier discharge. In order to confirm the usefulness of this device and the factor of stelirization, we performed sterilization test using Bacillus subtilis and measured ozone concentration. As a result, it was possible to obtain sterilization effect both low ozone concentration. Therefore, the usefulness of the device we made was confirmed.
