This causes make a lot of component part and use many space to store and loss in opportunity, capital, deteriorate, waste etc. Then solve the problem by use a Kanban card and box within Lean Manufacturing. That is, when the next production process requires the workpiece, it pulls the work out of the previous process. From the experiment, can reduces component part work in process average 68.30 percent.
