内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to reduce Work In Process (WIP) of T045 in assembly line that was produce by each station to push product to next station without control with customer/next station need. This causes make a lot of component part and use many space to store and loss in opportunity, capital, deteriorate, waste etc. Then solve the problem by use a Kanban card and box within Lean Manufacturing. That is, when the next production process requires the workpiece, it pulls the work out of the previous process. From the experiment, can reduces component part work in process average 68.30 percent. So can take the space to store part that needs to be stored and efficiency to management. | |||||
