内容記述 | The lots of arc welding spatters appear during the metal welding, and then adheres so strongly on the surface of welded plate. In this study, contact angle measurement of arc welding spatter was conducted to investigate a relationship between changes of surface state. To measure of the angle, /2 method (i.e. a half-angle method) was used. As a result, the angle of surface without the preventive agent was =117° ,on the other hand, that of surface with anti-adhesive agent was = 176°. The angle of 176° means almost a perfect circle. In addition, contact area on spatter particle with the preventive agent was narrow, therefore a stress concentration phenomenon is considered to occur at the area. | |||||
