For cooling to a personal computer, low cost and high performance. In this paper, we will investigation and experimental the heat transfers from the operation of the central processing unit(CPU) to 2 types(aluminum and copper) of 3 Models. The work incorporates novel approaches in waste heat usage, graphing CPU temperature, utilization simultaneously, and a waste cooking oil experimental design and implementation. The performance and temperatures difference consumption measurements were recorded for computer room temperatures 25 °C. The results found that, It was observed that the median performance measures with waste cooking oil were 0.7–1.3% higher than with air cooling; while the average temperatures consumption with waste cooking oil was 8.6–13.2% lower than with air cooling.
