| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to investigate the earthquake resistance of bridges. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of the foundations and piers are discussed from experimental results of prototype and model of T-structures; that were under construction using cantilever method and had different types of foundations. From the observation of earthquake damage of piers, it was found that thick and rigid piers were not so advantageous comparing with slender and flexible piers. Precise nonlinear analysis of ground-structure system is desirable to carry out a better aseismic design. | |||||
