内容記述 | A new approximate method is presented for the evaluation of dynamic stiffness of embedded foundation. The dynamic stiffness by this method incorporates the freedom of coupled swaying and rocking motion of cylindrical rigid foundation and is applicable to the three embedment cases as foll0ws; Case I, embedded in a viscoelastic surface layer with the foundation base resting on a much stiffer bedrock, Case ll, embedded in a viscoelastic surface layer with the foundation base resting within the surface layer, and Case III, embedded in a viscoelastic half-space. Its capability is examined by comparing with the past field experiments. | |||||
