Very low noise, high gain, fast speed and stable amplifier are necessary to process these signals. Unfortunately, 1/f noise found at below 1 kHz is unavoidable problem if the amplifier is built by CMOS process. To overcome this problem, CMOS is folded and then cascaded. In order to reduce 1/f noise, chopper stabilization technique is implemented. The circuit were evaluated by using HSPICE simulation with 0.6 μm CMOS process.
