For study methods,we perfomed five rounds feedback interviews with seven new nurses based on Reflective Journal,collected data on the effectiveness of the interviews through a semi-structured interview,and then conduced a content analysis using a qualitative and inductive method. As a result of content analysis,nine meanings were obtained.The structures were as follows: “One's spiritual self-awareness" was the core category and led to “learing of the practice for creative nursing." In the course of this, “conquering uncomfortable feeling," “improvement of critical thinking ability," “acquisition of self-empowerment ability," and “acquisition of self-development ability" also emerged,followed by “behavioral change" and “change of mental framework as nurses" in the new nurses themselves.
