Technology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"昨今、資源・エネルギーの枯渇が問題視されており、これは社会の持続的発展を妨げる。そのため、ポリマー系材料の研究発展においても高機能性、多機能化の推進に加え、製品としてある間は長寿命化を図り、廃棄物の減量化に貢献できることが重要となっている。材料の長寿命化対策の1つとして近年、修復材入りマイクロカプセル(MC)とポリマー系材料との複合化により、材料に生じたマイクロサイズの亀裂を手動介入なしで修復できる自己修復材料の開発が可能であることが報告されている。具体的には、ポリマー系材料中に修復材を含有させたMCを分散させて、亀裂成長を駆動力として材料中のMCを破壊させ、MCに含有させた修復材をクラック表面に放出させるというものである。放出された修復材は毛細管現象により、マイクロクラックに浸透し、クラック表面に露出した触媒と接触後、化学反応により修復が行われる。本研究ではこのような機構を念頭に、修復材を高含有率で含有するコア-シェル構造を有するMCの開発を目指し、そのMCの調製に関する基礎的条件ならびにそのMCの自己修復能力の評価を行った。具体的に、まず、MC調製プロセスにおいてMC外殻を形成するメチロール化メラミン(メラミンにホルムアルデヒドを付加させたもの)量を変化させることで、外殻形成速度を高めつつ剛直な外殻を調製することにより、修復材として選択したトリメタクリル酸トリメチロールプロパン(TRIM)を高含有化したMC を調製することを試みた。その結果、最大でTRIM の含有率が約40 %のMCを調製できた。さらにこのMCを3
