| 内容記述 | 日本語教育において茶道は,伝統文化の一つとして「日本事情」の授業や国際交流の場で紹介されることが多い。本稿は,台湾高等教育機関にある茶道部と茶道講座で継続的に茶道を学んでいる学習者の現状と学習環境の実態を明らかにし,日本語教育において茶道実践が果たしうる役割とその展望について何らかの示唆を得ることを目的とした。 参与観察と質問紙調査の結果,茶道の「点前(てまえ)」の最中に使用される日本語は定型的で,数も限られているにもかかわらず,学習者は茶道が日本語学習に有効であると考えていることが明らかになった。しかし,部活動や茶道講座の内容は多岐にわたっており,現時点では日本語学習そのものに焦点が当てられているわけではない。今後は,茶道実践で使用される日本語の言語形式と言語・非言語行動の理解と習得を促進させるのに有効な言語教育の観点からの教材・教授方法・シラバスデザインの開発の必要があると考える。 |

| 内容記述 | Chadō is offered frequently as an example of traditional Japanese culture in Japanese culture classes and at international exchange events. This paper discusses the situation of students who have been practicing Chadō in tea ceremony clubs and classes as part of higher education in Taiwan, and the actual conditions of their learning environment. It will also suggest how practicing Chadō can contribute to Japanese language education. Survey results and observation of participants show that students believe Chadō is useful for learning Japanese, even though a few vocabulary items are technical in nature, and relevant only to the practice of Chadō. Participants also indicated that although there is a wide range of activities in Chadō, these are not fully exploited for the purpose of teaching Japanese. The development of instructional materials, teaching methodologies, and syllabus design from the perspective of language education is necessary to promote understanding and acquisition of linguistic forms, linguistic behavior, and nonverbal behavior in Chadō. |
