nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,健康な成人女性を対象にハンドマッサージによる生理的・心理的反応を明らかにすることを目的とし,ハンドマッサージ技術確立の一助とするものである。健康な女性11名を対象にハンドマッサージと安静臥床の両方の介入を実施した。実験前,計算負荷後,介入後に血圧,脈拍,腋窩温,下肢末梢皮膚温,唾液アミラーゼを測定した。実験前と介入後のProfile of Mood States (以下POMSと略す)及びハンドマッサージの感想で主観的・心理学的側面を評価した。\nハンドマッサージ群,安静群の各群と,2群の群間比較において,実験前・計算負荷後.介入後の生理的反応に有意な差はなかった。POMSではハンドマッサージ群で「抑うつ-落ち込み」「混乱」「疲労」の得点が有意に低下した。ハンドマッサージは生体へ大きな影野を与えず,心理的にはリラクセーション効果をもたらすことが示唆された。また,ハンドマッサージ時に考慮すべき点として実施者の手の温度,施行時間,マッサージによる緊張感の発生が考えられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"宮崎大学医学部看護学科","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"School
