総合型クラブ)の参加者を対象に, ロコモティブシンドローム(以下, ロコモ)の実態, ロコモと健康状況, 運動器の障害との関連について明らかにし, 地域で自主的に運動に取り組んでいる人の健康づくり支援について検討することを目的とした。 \n対象者は, 男性64名(26.1%), 女性181名(73.9%)の合計245名で, 週1日以上運動を実施している人81.2%, 内科的疾患がある人62.0%, 運動器の痛みがある人54.7%, ロコモ疑いの有りの人27.3%であった。 また, ロコモ疑いの有無は年齢を10歳階級で補正し, Mantel-Haenszel法を用いて分析した結果, 糖尿病の有無, 運動器の痛みの有無, 腰痛の有無との間に有意な関連がみられた。\n多世代・多種目・多志向を特徴としている総合型クラブでは, 地域住民が自主的にスポーツに取り組んでいるが, 様々な健康レベルの人が参加しているため, 定期的に健康チェックを行い, 自身の健康について自己管理できるような支援が必要である。 また, ロコモと生活習慣病との関連性をみていくことは,
