「先端医療看護」の授業案構築までのプロセスを整理し今後の課題について検討することを目的とした。研究方法は, 「先端医療」と「看護」のキーワードの他, 看護はどのようなことに焦点が置かれているのか, 関連するキーワード「再生医療」, 「移植医療」, 「遺伝相談」, 「生殖医療」に, 「生命倫理」, 「意思決定」, 「死生観」, 「脳死」, 「遺伝相談」等の9つのキーワードに看護を掛け合わせ文献検索を行った。文献検索の結果を踏まえながら対象特性について検討し, 「学習目標」と「学習課題」を考えた。さらにそれらを踏まえ, 「学習のねらい」と「学習内容」を検討することにより, 先端医療看護の授業案の構築と課題を整理した。授業案は, 「いのちをどのように捉え」, 「対象の意思決定」にどのように対峙することができるのか, 学生たち自らが考えられるよう,
