年長子との関係形成をしていくプロセスを明らかにし,必要とされるケアを考察することを目的に, 2人以上の子育てをしている2名の研究参加者から, 半構成的インタビューによりデータを収集し, グラウンデッド・セオリーアプローチの手法を参考に質的帰納的分析を行った。\n その結果,【家族内支援の立て直し】,【上の子との関係維持に向けた試行錯誤】,【家族内支援の活用】,【近隣者ネットワークの活用】,【上の子の変化についての情報収集】,【兄弟(姉妹) 関係の芽生え】という6つのカテゴリーが抽出され, 比較検討した結果,【上の子との関係維持に向けた試行錯誤】をコアカテゴリーとした。この結果から, 第2子以降の出産を迎える家族に対して, 妊娠期から, 父親や祖父母も含めた年長子の発達や情緒面の変化, 退行現象に対する対応方法の提供と,
