簡便なケアとして「認知症緩和」に用いられている。そこでタクティールケアの研究の状況を明らかにすることを目的に,医学中央誌で検索語を「タクティールケア」とし, 2006年から2012年3月までの検索を行った。得られた原著論文12件について検討した結果, 対象は認知症の患者に限らず, 寝たきり患者や急性期の患者など多くの対象に活用されており, 認知症患者のBPSDの軽減, せん妄予防, 拘縮の軽減などオキシトシン効果と思われる報告がなされていた。しかしほとんどが看護師の主観による観察評価であり, 客観的データを同時に測定・評価したものはなく, 今後リラックス効果などについて,
