nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,総合型地域スポーツクラブに参加している40歳以上の地域住民を対象に,体力・体格とロコモティブシンドローム(以下,ロコモ)との関連をみた。\n対象者は,男性64名(26.1%),女性181名(73.9%)の合計245名で,40～64歳107名(43.7%), 65歳以上138名(56.3%),年齢の平均±標準偏差は64.0±10.4歳であった。 ロコモ疑い有は27.3%であり,年代別にみると,40～64歳14.0%, 65歳以上42.9%であった。体格・体力とロコモの有無との関連をみるためにMann-Whitney検定を行った結果,ロコモ疑い有の人は疑い無の人に比べてBMIが有意に高かった(p=0.004)。 また,65歳以上で,ロコモ疑い有の人が疑い無の人に比べてBMlが有意に高かった(p<0.001)。 体力とロコモの有無との関連では,65歳以上の10m障害物歩行(p=0.010)と6分間歩行(p=0.022)の項目において,ロコモ疑い有の人が疑い無の人に比べて評価得点が有意に低かった。\n今回,加齢に伴う体力の変化や体格はロコモに関連していることが示され,ロコモ対策として歩行能力の維持,適正な体重管理の重要性が示唆された。 自己でのロコチェック,
