フェイスマッサージの効果および適切なマッサージの実施時間について検討するものである。本研究で考案した5分間と10分間のフェイスマッサージによる効果を, 生理的・心理的指標で比較分析した。その結果, 両時間とも深部体温の有意な上昇と, POMSの「抑うつ」「疲労感」など3項目に有意な減少を認めた。10分間のみに「緊張-不安」の有意な減少と, SEの有意な得点上昇が観察された。フェイスマッサージは循環動態の安定を保ち,
