で積極的に看取りに取り組む、看護師・介護士の経験の語りから, 両者の看取りに対する前向きな意識を明らかにすることである。研究対象者は, 特養の経験2年以上の看護師6名(准看護師2名を含む) と介護士7名である。研究方法は, 個別に半構造化面接を実施し, 質的帰納的方法で分析を行った。\n看取りに積極的に取り組む特養の看護師・介護士の意識は,【その人への思い】【看護師・介護士の役割】【協力し合える仲間の存在】のポジティブなカテゴリーが互いに影響し【安らぎを導くためのケア】へと向かう構造であり、両者の意識は, ほぼ重複するカテゴリーで構成されていた。また, 介護士は, 学びや経験知を積み, 看取りにかかわることへの不安を【自信の獲得】によって乗り越えていた。\n特養の看護師と介護士の連携に影響するのは, お互いが「同じ気持ち」で入所者の看取りケアに取り組めていると感じることであり,
