I interviewed them based on PAC analysis, videotaped their instruction and made a category analysis of their contents and method of teaching musical expression. In the result, the instructors who value to make students acquire adequate or right knowledge and skill tend to use simple prescription, simple feedback and approximating type of metaphor.
