Results are summarized as follows. At first the annual precipitation will increase in future, especially greatly 50 years later. The precipitation of mountains area increases, and of plains area decreases. Second, the precipitation of the summer and autumn will increase in future around the north mountains area. But the precipitation of the winter will decrease in future around the plains area. These results show influencing irrigation resources for early-season rice-culturing, the floods of the mountains area increase in future. In addition, the future precipitation change was investigated in comparison with the past precipitation change that referredl to the documents about the secular variation in the precipitation characteristics. As a result, the future precipitation change accorded with the past it in annual and autumn.
