 note = {The amounts of carbon dioxide sequestration by the forests owned by the University ofMiyazaki (Field Science Center, Tano Field) was estimated. Annual sequestration by the university forest of 501ha was 2,483t. Annual sequestration per hectare was estimated at 5.1t ha-1, which was higher than average value (3.3t ha-1) of whole forest in Japan. Annual sequestration by the university forest (2,483t) was equivalent to about 11% of annual carbon dioxide emission (22,806t) by the University of Miyazaki., 宮崎大学農学部附属自然共生フィールド科学教育研究センター田野フィールド(演習林) における二酸化炭素吸収量を推定した｡面積501haの里山である田野地区による1年当たりの二酸化炭素吸収量は2,483ty-1と計算された｡ヘクタール当りの吸収量は5.1t ha-1y-1となり, この値は日本全体の森林の平均の値である3.3t ha-1y-1より高い値となった｡宮崎大学全体の年間の二酸化炭素排出量は22..806t(平成19年度) であり, 田野フィールドによる吸収量はこの排出量の約1割に相当すると推定された｡},
