{"created":"2023-05-15T09:59:11.829684+00:00","id":3285,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a2978068-4a79-4521-9c50-a2d260f0a6ca"},"_deposit":{"created_by":5,"id":"3285","owner":"5","owners":[5],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3285"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:miyazaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003285","sets":["74","74:46","74:46:349","74:46:349:388","74:46:349:388:429"]},"author_link":["2688","1167","1753","1867","1255","937","1455","1502"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1975-10","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"230","bibliographicPageStart":"221","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"22","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"宮崎大学農学部研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the Faculty of Agriculture, Miyazaki University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"豚に給与する飼料の性状と胃潰瘍発生との関係を調べるため,次の研究を行なった. 供試豚は1区(微粉区)l0頭, 2区(粗粉区)10頭, 3区(ペレット区) 9頭, 4区(微粉+水区)10頭, 5区(アルファー化トウモロコシ配合区)10頭,6区(ルーサンミール配合区)9頭および7区(残飯区)10頭の合計68頭(平均体重48.1kg の豚を85~86日間飼養,最終平均体重は97.5kg). これらの豚の胃壁重量と胃粘膜の面積を測定するとともに, 各試験豚の前胃部,噴門部,胃底および幽門部から胃壁の一部を切出してパラフィン切片を作り, ヘマトキシリン・エオジン, アルシァンブルーおよびPAS染色を施して観察した,得られた結果は次のとおりである.\n 1) 胃壁の重さは7,6,2,5,4,3,1区の順であり, 7区(残飯区)と1~ 6区(配合飼料区)との間には有意差が認められた.また配合飼料区のなかでは1,3,4区が貴も軽いグループに属していた.\n 2) 胃粘膜の広さは7,6,5,2,3,4,1区の順であり,この順位は胃壁重量のそれとほぼ一致する.\n 3) 胃腺(噴門腺,胃底腺および幽門腺)の高さ(長さ)は7,6区が最も高く, 2,5区がこれに次ぎ, 1,3,4区は低(短)いグループに属していた.\n 4) 幽門部の粘膜上皮は各試験区ともアルシァンブルーに染まらない点で噴門部や胃底のそれと異なっていた.\n 5) 噴門腺細胞と幽門腺細胞のアルシァンブルーに対する染色態度は, 各試験区間で多少なっていた.\n 6) 1~6区豚では,前胃部粘膜上皮に角化を起こすものが多かった. この角化部は乳頭状をなして胃腔面に突出し, その谷間に当る粘膜上皮層は角化乳頭の開離によって亀裂を生じ易い状態を呈していた.また, 7区豚に比べて固有層乳頭や粘膜上皮層に大小の液胞が多く認められた.\n 7) 以上の所見から, 豚の胃潰瘍発生は飼料の性状(粒子の大きさ, 粗線維分の多寡), 胃の発達度(胃壁の重量,胃粘膜の面積, 胃腺の高さ)および胃液の組成と密接な関係があり,最終的には,粘膜上皮の破損部から侵入した胃液が粘膜上皮下毛細管を侵すことによって発症するものと考える.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"An experiment was carried out to study the relationship between the ration and the occurrence of gastric ulcer in swine. A total of 68 pigs were diveded into seven groups for experimental feeding for 85 or 86 days. Their average body weight was 48.1 and 97.5kg at the beginning and the end of the experimental period, respectively. Group 1 of 10 pigs was fed a fine grind corn, group 2 of 10 pigs a coarse grind corn, group 3 of 9 pigs a pelleted corn, group 4 of 10 pigs a fluid mashed corn, group 5 of 10 pigs a gelatinized corn, group 6 of 9 pigs a crude fiber edded corn, and group 7 of 10 pigs a leftover food. In each pig, the gastric wall was weighted and the area of the gastric mucosa measured. Portions of the gastric wall were collected from the esophageal, cardiac, fundic and pyloric regions. Paraffin sections were prepared from them and stained with hematoxylineosin, alcian blue and periodic acid-Schiff stain for microscopical observation. The results obtained are summarized as follows.\n 1) The groups were arranged in the increasing order of the weight of the gastric wall as follows: groups 7, 6, 2, 5, 4, 3 and 1. There was a significant difference in the weight of the gastric wall between group 7 (fed a leftover food) and any of groups 1 to 6 (fed a formula ration). Of these groups fed a formula ration, groups 1, 3 and 4 had the lightest stomach.\n 2) The groups were arranged in the increasing order of the area of the gastric mucosa as follows: groups 7, 6, 5, 2, 3, 4 and 1. This order was almost agreeable with the order of the weight of the gastric wall in these groups.\n 3) The gastric glands (including cardiac, fundic and pyloric glands) were generally the thickest in groups 6 and 7 of all the groups, the second thickest in groups 2 and 5, and the least thick in groups 1, 3 and 4.\n 4) In all the groups, the gastric epithelium of the pyloric region was different from that of the cardiac and fundic region, since it was not stainable with alcian blue.\n 5) There were more or less remarkable differences in the staining reaction of cardiac and pyloric gland secretory cells to alcian blue among the groups of pigs. \n 6) Many of the pigs of groups 1 to 6 had cornified portions in the epithelium of the esophageal region. These portions were papillary in shape and projected into the gastric cavity. The epithelial layer studded among them was ready to be cracked due to the excessive dissociation of cornified papilla. In these pigs, a number of vacuoles varying in size and filled with liquid were seen in the epithelium than the group 7.\n 7) The findings mentioned above indicated that the occurrence of gastric ulcer in swine was closely related to the ration (the size of particles contained; the amount of crude fibers), the development of the stomach (the weight of the gastric wall; the area of the gastric mucosa; the thickness of the gastric glands), and the composition of the gastric juice.
