| 内容記述 | 御崎馬(中型日本在来馬) 1頭(5才半の雄,体重275kg) を解剖し,これまでに報告されている木曽馬(中型日本在来馬;吉川･岡部, '53), アラブ種(純内国産洋種;林田･山内, '56)およびトカラ馬(小型日本在来馬;林田･山内, '56)の所見と比較した.得られた結果は次のとおり. 1) 御崎馬の肩上腕皮筋と体幹皮筋の発達状態は,外見的にはアラブ種に似るが,重量的にはアラブ種とトカラ馬の中間に位している. 2) 47筋(皮筋を含む)の合計重量に対する個々の筋の重量比をみると,御崎馬はアラブ種およびトカラ馬に比し,10筋(前肢帯の広背筋など)において最大値,18筋(咬筋など) で中間値,残り19筋(菱形筋など)は最小値を示す. 3) 前躯と後躯を構成する主要筋の重量比からみて,御崎馬は両躯の均整がよく保たれ, トカラ馬よりもアラブ種の体型に近似する. 4) 御崎馬の盲腸は中腹部を横切って盲腸尖が左腹壁に達し,左腹側結腸がその背側に位置するが,これは馬の死亡から解剖までの時間が長かったため,盲腸にガスが充満して転位を起こしたことも考えられる. 5) 御崎馬の腸管の長さの比率はアラブ種とトカラ馬の中間に位し,盲腸リンパ節の大きさはトカラ馬に似るが,回盲口から盲結口に至る距離や盲腸ヒモの形状はアラブ種･木曽馬に近似する. 6) 諸臓器の体重比をみると,御崎馬はアラブ種やトカラ馬に比し,耳下腺,下顎腺, 肝臓, 膵臓, 肺, 腎臓, 脾臓において最大値,心臓と脳は中間値,副腎と甲状腺は他馬種と等しいかまたはそれより小なる値を示す. |

| 内容記述 | A Misaki horse (the Japanese native horse of middle type) has been dissected in order to compare the anglysis with the view on Kiso horses (the Japanese native horse of middle type, Yoshikawa and Okabe, '53), Arab (Hayashida and Yamauchi, '56) and Tokara pony (the Japanese native horse of small type, Hayashida and Yamauchi, '56) which were conventionally reported. 1) Although the cutaneous ombobranchial muscle and the cutaneous muscle of trunk of the Misaki horse are grown as those of the Arab in apparent, the weight of the muscle is between those of the Arab and the Tokara pony. 2) The weight ratio of each muscle to the total weight of 47 muscles (including the cutaneous muscle) have been obtained to compare their growth. The Misaki horse is seemed to be superior to the Arab and the Tokara pony in ten muscles, to be identical with them in 18 muscles and to be inferior to them in other 19 muscles. 3) Considering the weight ratio of main muscles which constitute the fore part and the hind part of the body, both parts of the Misaki horse are well balanced and the body form resembles to the Arab much more than the Tokara pony. 4) The cecum of the Misaki horse traverses the medial belly diagonally to reach the apex of cecum to the left-abdominal wall, and the left ventral colon is on the back to it. However, this may have been resulted from the contortion due to the cecum filled with gas because of the too long interval from the death of the horse to the dissection. 5) Although the length of the intestinal canal and the size of the lymphnode of cecocolicum of the Misaki horse resemble to those of the Tokara pony, the distance from ostium ileocecale to ostium cecocolicum and the width of the taenia of cecum resemble to those of the Arab and the Kiso horse. 6) Weight ratios of the parotid gland, the mandibular gland, the liver, the pancrease, the lung, the kidney and the spleen to the body of the Misaki horse greater than those of the Arab and the Tokara pony, and ratios of the heart, the suprarenal gland, the brain and the thyroid gland are less than them. |
