It is difficult to measure using the conventional measuring method and it needs much time, because the flow is complicated and unsteady flow. The measurement method that can be grasped easily is important. In this research, examination of a tracer particle and the manufacture method are performed. And evaluation and examination are performed about the accuracy of the analysis in the position of a tracer particle and the accuracy of the analysis in the speed. Moreover, distribution of the flow velocity of the whole region in a cylinder is measured using model engine. And color layer visualization aims at the validity to air flow being shown. As a result of performing examination and manufacture of the tracer for air flow, it was analyzable to the true value with comparatively good accuracy also in the stationary state or the state where it moved.
