However, a \nconventional electric measurement method is difficult to detect the partial discharge signal, \nbecause the partial discharge includes the external noise produced by the electromagnetic wave. \nThe purpose is the development of an optical magnetic field sensor system using Faraday effect \nthat can detect the partial discharge. The characteristics of the system have no influence on the \nexternal noise. We developed the sensor for high frequency pulse current measurement. The \nsensor can respond to current in 13.56MHz. In pulse current, comparison of sensitivity is done \nin three kinds of sensor. Consequently, it was found that the sensitivity was influenced from \ndistance between conducting wire and optical axis, therefore it didn't rise in 22kV-distribution \nsystem wire till to mA
