| 内容記述 | In the optical Internet with highly dynamic traffic loads, wavelength contention may seriously degrade the network performance. To overcome this problem, we propose a simple and fast RMT (Ring Management Token) wavelength reservation method for a dynamic traffic in ring-based wavelength-routed networks. RMT is an agent that can control and manage used wavelength in the network efficiently. Performance evaluations via simulation experiments show that the proposed scheme achieves a high performance in terms of setup delay. | |||||||||||
