| 内容記述 | Transparent conducting thin films of fluorine-doped SnO2 (FTO) were deposited on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis technique. These films were appropriate electrode of dye sensitized solar cells (DSC). DSC could provide more simple and lower cost than conventional solar p-n junction devices. I-V measurement was carried out to obtain open circuit (Voc) voltage, short-circuit current (Isc), fill factor (F.F) and conversion efficiency. The conversion efficiency, Isc and F.F increased with increasing film thickness. The best property of DSC is film thickness of 350 nm, the DSC obtain F.F of 0.56 and conversion efficiency of 1.3%. | |||||
