| 内容記述 | Transparent conducting thin films of fluorine-doped SnO_2 (FTO) were deposited on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis technique in order to find out the effect of solution concentration. These films were prepared using various fluorine concentrations from 0 to 5 mol%. The films were all polycrystalline with tetragonal crystal structures. The best electro-optic properties, average transmittance of 82 % and resistivity of 1.4 × 10^-3 Ωcm, carrier concentration of 6.2 × 10^20 cm^-3, mobility of 7.1 cm^2/Vs, were achieved with fluorine doing concentration of 4 mol% at substrate temperature of 500℃. | |||||||||||||||||
