Since the present DLC films were deposited on Si substrate by the CVD method, it is extremely difficult to measure the spectrum by using the conventional ransmission method. The optical gap was then estimated from the SPV spectrum. Estimated optical gaps changed with the sp3/sp2 ratio, where they were consisted with those of the references. From the SPV and PPT spectra, we discussed the intensity ratio of SPV/PPT as the indicator of photovoltaic material.
