To overcome it, the normal method is to enlarge the capacity of FC, which results in the efficiency decreasing. As another effective method, the electric power storage device like an Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) connected to a FC. A hybrid power supply system which combined a FC and an EDLC was constituted, and the response for quick load change has been checked. Also, in the case of the independent dispersed-type power source system actually used in a detached island or backup power is assumed. Then, it is necessary to verify operation of a dispersed-type power source system by a simulation. In this research, calculation and the simulation of the internal parameter including the output voltage V, output current I, the internal resistance R, the inductance L of FC were performed. First, it was necessary to determine an internal parameter of FC, the fundamental characteristics of the FC was measured and each internal parameter was simulated from the result. The simulated internal parameter was substituted for the simulation model created from the FC block diagram, and inductance presumption, output current calculation, and an output voltage calculation simulation were performed. Moreover, examination about the optimal internal parameter for a simulation was decided from the simulation
