| 内容記述 | It is one of the critical issues in corporate strategy to understand the importance of individual firms in network organizations. This is a study on the importance of Individual firms in the keiretsu of Mazda. The authors review the relevant literature of the keiretsu organization, and introduce degree, one of the centrality indexes, to measure the centrality of the individual firms in the keiretsu of Mazda. Furthermore, the authors measure the structural importance of individual firms using the SNW analysis. In this paper, the authors calculate the importance including degree and the structural importance of individual firms in the keiretsu of Mazda, and discuss the implications of this study based upon their measurement results. This paper provides an empirical perspective to identify the central and important firms in the keiretsu organization. | |||||
