The integral equation is solved by method of moment. Born approximation and its related various approximate methods such as the Iterative Born approximation, the Extended Born approximation, and Distorted Born approximation are applied in order to determine relative permittivity of a cylinder. Numerical simulations are performed for a dielectric cylinder to show the reconstruction accuracy.
