Long-term cycle test under steady state in aqueous electrolyte was performed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) method. And, cycle test by CV method in case of the over voltage test was performed. As the result, although capacitance after the long-term cycle test was almost the same before the cycle test, decrease of capacitance was caused at initial cycle in the over voltage test. Finally, deterioration occurred at 3000 cycles.
