However, since wind direction and wind velocity are unstable, the stable power generation output is hard to be obtained. Moreover, the lowness of energy density also become problem. Then its attention is paid to the flow of water with high density. The flows of water are comparativerly regular flow, such as a river, an ocean current, a tidal current, and are suitable for power generation. Moreover, fluid power has the feature proportional to the 3rd power of the flow velocity like a wind generation system. It is purposed to develop an efficient power generation system in this research.
