| 内容記述 | The compressed format voice file such as mp3 that is widespread in recent years greatly cuts the high frequency component considering person's listenable property. However several authors point out that the unlistenable high frequency influences person's brain. Thus, we aim at reducing error of the output signal for a wide frequency range in multi-rate transformation. In this paper, the improvement of accuracy is attempted by designing the filter bank with H∞ optimization. | |||||
