One of the promising new energy technologies is \nPhotovoltaic cell (PV cell). But PV cell has many problems such as high cost and low power density. \nIn this study, we tried to do enhancement of PV cell power output at low cost. So, we produced a \nfew Solar Energy Collecting Photovoltaic cells with plane mirror (SEC-PV), and we tested this new \nsystem (SEC system). \nThe results are as follows : \n(1) PV cell power output is able to increase by the area ratio of plane mirror, and the limit of \nincrease is about 2.0. \n(2) Installation angle of plane mirror is decided by the area ratio of plane mirror and PV cell. \n(3) Maximum electric energy ratio by this SEC system is about 1.18, and in this case, the area ratio \nof plane mirror and PV cell is about
