Tetragonal (Chalcopyrite type) CuInTe_2 single phase obtained by HP method at 600 ~ 700°C in our previous work, furthermore grain size grown at 650°C has a larger than others one. The sizes of the samples were 20 mm in diameter. Cu-rich samples indicated chalcopyrite structures and p-type by means of X-ray diffraction and thermoprobe analysis, respectively.
