| 内容記述 | Abstract The dependence of radiation characteristics from the grating waveguide is examined numeri- cally. The grating shapes to be compared are sinusoidal, rectangular, and triangular. Finite Differ- ence Beam Propagation Method (FD BPM) with multigrid method is applied to the paraxial wave equation. The dependence of the grating shapes for the radiated fields is compared each other. As numerical examples, the radiated fields and the guided power are calculated. |
