It is necessary to elucidate the relation between gas flow and combustion about improvement of thermal efficiency. One of the purposes of this research is to produce constant volume combustion bomb which is possible to adjust mean velocity and turbulence intensity. Another purpose is to design and to produce the constant volume combustion bomb where the flow field is not affected by container shape. Then, flow field was measured in the constant volume combustion bomb by LDV and flame images were taken by laser sheet method. After measurement, constant volume combustion bomb was evaluated. As results, this research was able to manufacture the constant volume combustion bomb which was possible to adjust mean velocity and turbulence intensity on wide range.
